5. Online Purchases and Other Terms

The Payment Medium you use to purchase Credits must be legally and beneficially owned by you and in your name. If it comes to our attention that the name you registered on your Customer Account and the name linked to your Payment Medium differ, your Customer Account will be immediately suspended.

We reserve the right to request documents and information to verify the legal and beneficial ownership of the Payment Medium you use to make credit purchases.

6. Prize Redemption

Customers can redeem credits for prizes through our website by clicking the "Redeem" button. All redemptions must be requested utilizing the form provided on our website.

Cash redemptions will be limited to amounts less than $10.00 per week – each new week will begin Monday at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

We reserve the right to limit the value of Prize redemptions for each Participant to $300.00 per day.
